Grand Package

The Grand Package is our premier offering, designed for hosting unforgettable celebrations on a larger scale. This package provides the ultimate Conestoga House & Gardens experience.

Guest Capacity: Up to 225 Guests

For events approaching maximum capacity, the venue may accommodate either a ceremony or a reception only.

  • Monday–Thursday: By Request
    Friday: $11,200 (Venue Only $8,500)
    Saturday: $12,000 (Venue Only $9,500)
    Sunday: $10,500 (Venue Only $8,500)

    • Exclusive use of venue including your choice of location(s) for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception the day of the event

    • Up to 9 hours of property access on the day of your event*

    • Use of grounds for photography/videography during booked time

    • Complimentary 1-hour rehearsal scheduled 60 days before event, based on availability

    • Onsite parking for 25 vehicles, with provided permits

    • Access to kitchen for approved caterers

    *Booking includes a total of 9 hours on the property, to include your setup, event, and strike time. All events must end by 10PM with strike/cleanup completed by 11PM.

    • Discovery appointment in Rental World showroom to discuss details of rentals including, but not limited to, tables, chairs, and linens

    • Tables: Cake table, gift table, place card table, dinner tables, cocktail high-top or low-top tables

    • Linens included

    • Chairs: White padded ceremony chairs and Gold Chiavari reception chairs

    *Rental inclusions are limited to pre-set quantities based on guest count.

The Elegant Package offers the experience of our Grand Package, but with a more intimate feel for your guests.

    Sunday: $6,800 (Venue Only $5,500)

    • Exclusive use of venue including your choice of location(s) for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception the day of the event

    • Up to 7 hours of property access on the day of your event*

    • Use of grounds for photography/videography during booked time

    • Up to 6 hours of property access on the day of your event*

    • Onsite parking for up to 25 vehicles, with provided permits

    • Access to kitchen facilities for approved caterers

    *Booking includes a total of 6 hours on the property, to include your setup, event, and strike time. All events must end by 10PM with strike/cleanup completed by 11PM.

Payment & Rental Terms

Half of the package price is due at the time of booking.

  • Remaining balance and $1,000 security deposit are required one month prior to the event date.

  • Additional hours may be booked at $500 per hour.

Important Notes

  • Rates may change at any time.

  • Availability may be limited due to property refurbishments or community offerings.

  • Rental agreements include entry to outdoor spaces and the Orangery and may include kitchen access.

  • Interior spaces such as greenhouses, stables, garages, and other rooms in the main house are prohibited unless authorized.

  • All bodies of water are off limits, including the pool, unless written authorization is granted.

  • Noise levels must remain below 75 dB and music must end by 10 PM.

  • No smoking is permitted on the property.
