ACCESSIBILITY
Please note - several sets of stairs are required to reach the Observation Deck during the Griest Building tour. Elevators are accessible up to the 12th floor, then several flights of stairs are required to reach the rooftop.

Find your inner peace surrounded by the beauty of the Stevens School Ballroom! Join us once a month in the evening for Yoga In The Ballroom, directed by Kat Pearson Grimm. In this all level Vinyasa class, we will integrate with a rejuvenating meditation, warm our bodies with a Vinyasa flow, and close with a restoring cool down. Space is limited; Don't miss this opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and soul!

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Hi, I’m Kat — a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and founder of The Energy Atelier. My journey into wellness began in 2018, when long days in the corporate world left me feeling depleted and disconnected. I initially came to yoga as a way to quiet my mind, but the practice quickly became something much deeper—an anchor that helped me reconnect with my body, steady my breath, and find greater balance in everyday life.
That personal experience inspired me to become a Yoga Teacher, and for the past five years, I've had the privilege of guiding students through thoughtfully designed practices that cultivate strength, awareness, and connection.
My journey later led me to Reiki and a deeper exploration of holistic wellness, ultimately inspiring me to create The Energy Atelier.
Today, through The Energy Atelier, I create thoughtfully curated yoga and wellness experiences designed to bring people together. From community events and ongoing series, to intimate gatherings and private celebrations, each experience is shaped with intention to create a meaningful opportunity to move, breathe, reconnect, and
simply be. My approach blends mindful movement, accessible guidance, and moments of reflection—welcoming students of all levels and inviting them to leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and connected.
