As part of the broader vision of Ecklin Development, our events division brings new life to some of downtown Lancaster’s most iconic buildings and estates—honoring their architectural legacy while adapting them for modern use.

Each venue in our collection reflects a deep respect for Lancaster’s history. From grand ballrooms and landmark skyscrapers to historic estates and gardens, these spaces have been carefully preserved to maintain their original character while providing the comfort, functionality, and experience expected of today’s event venues.

  • Stevens School Ballroom, an architecturally significant landmark showcasing Italian Renaissance, Beaux-Arts, and Classical design influences

  • The Griest Observation Deck, located atop Lancaster’s first skyscraper, offering panoramic views of the city

  • Conestoga House & Gardens, a historic estate set on nearly eight acres of preserved gardens and grounds
