An Evening Yoga Series
Join us one evening each month for Yoga in the Steven's Ballroom - a welcoming, all levels Vinyasa class, designed to help you ground, energize, and restore. Each class begins with a meditation, builds warmth and energy through a thoughtfully sequenced Vinyasa flow, and gradually transitions into a restorative cool down.
Come as you are, move at your own pace, and give yourself some dedicated time to pause, breath, move and connect each month. Space is limited; Don't miss this opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and soul!
AVAILABLE YOGA SESSIONS (Beginner-Level)
All sessions take place in the Ballroom. We ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session to ensure a punctual start-time.

We ask that each guest bring their own yoga mat, towel, and water.
PARKING
Please use on-street parking or nearby parking garages within walking distance. If street parking is unavailable, we suggest the Water Street Garage at 220 North Water Street, about a 5 minute walk from the venue.
ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Hi, I’m Kat — a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and founder of The Energy Atelier. My journey into wellness began in 2018, when long days in the corporate world left me feeling depleted and disconnected. I initially came to yoga as a way to quiet my mind, but the practice quickly became something much deeper—an anchor that helped me reconnect with my body, steady my breath, and find greater balance in everyday life.
That personal experience inspired me to become a Yoga Teacher, and for the past five years, I've had the privilege of guiding students through thoughtfully designed practices that cultivate strength, awareness, and connection.
My journey later led me to Reiki and a deeper exploration of holistic wellness, ultimately inspiring me to create The Energy Atelier.
Today, through The Energy Atelier, I create thoughtfully curated yoga and wellness experiences designed to bring people together. From community events and ongoing series, to intimate gatherings and private celebrations, each experience is shaped with intention to create a meaningful opportunity to move, breathe, reconnect, and
simply be. My approach blends mindful movement, accessible guidance, and moments of reflection—welcoming students of all levels and inviting them to leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and connected.

Ticket includes 1 hour Vinyasa instruction from certified Yoga instructor Kat Grimm. Ecklin Events reserves the right to cancel this event as a result of low ticket sales; full refunds will be issued at that time. If an event is cancelled, this will be communicated via email 24+ hours in advance. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders for updates.
Tickets are non-refundable. Please show your email confirmation upon arrival for admission to the ballroom. Confirmation emails acts as ticket, no physical ticket will be shipped.Admission for one person on selected date only. Not valid for special events. Children should be supervised at all times. Guests under 14 years old must be accompanied by a Guest over 14 years of age. Items brought onsite may be limited or prohibited. WHAT TO BRING
Bring your chairs and blankets to set on the event lawn. Guests are also welcome to bring their own food and drink to enjoy picnic-style during the event. Some seating is available on site, first come first serve.

High Times Band (formerly High Tied Sideshow) is a Grateful Dead Tribute band from South Central PA and has been playing music for over a decade. From weddings to festivals to local bars, you’re in for a high time!
Friday, July 31: Dave Wilson Quartet (Contemporary Jazz)
The Dave Wilson Quartet is a Contemporary Jazz group led by the noted tenor/soprano saxophonist, educator, and composer to further and bring to fruition the music and vision of Dave Wilson, the artist. Defying categorization, the music is "what sounds good and can communicate with the audience on a deep level...it's jazz". Dave Wilson offers high caliber, compelling, contemporary live performances, featuring top notch nationally/internationally or regionally known personnel known for their exciting improvisations, creative individualistic compositions, and unique arrangements of standards.
Dave Wilson has seven recordings under his own name, (plus an eighth When Even Goes East on the way in January of 2026), all of which have received national airplay and positive reviews from leading jazz publications. Their fourth CD There Was Never (ZOHO Music, 2016), reached a high of #18 in the nationwide Jazz Weekly Jazz Radio Countdown, had a great review in Downbeat Magazine, and was placed in nomination for a Grammy in 2016. The fifth One Night at Chris’ was released in the summer of 2019, achieved “Chartbound” status (Top 50) on jazz radio, and garnered positive reviews. Our 6th recording, released 1/7/2022, titled Stretching Supreme (Dave Wilson Music)is a tribute to John Coltrane. It reached a high of #31 in the Jazz Weekly Live Radio charts, and garnered impressive reviews, among them.
Beyond performances, Dave Wilson is also passionate about fostering the next generation of jazz musicians. He hosts the Shirt Factory Jazz Jam Session in Lititz, PA, on the first Sunday of every month, where young musicians—college and high school students alike—come together to play and grow.
Friday, Aug 28: Stogie Wagon (Outlaw Country & Honky-Tonk)
Stogie Wagon is an outlaw country and honky-tonk band that brings the essence of vintage country music to the stage. Playing original tunes and hits spanning the decades, they channel the legends of the past while blazing their own trail through smoky barrooms, roadhouses, and clubs.
Friday, Sept 25: Kyle Hancock Trio (Jazz)
The Kyle Hancock Trio is a guitar driven jazz group from right here in Lancaster. Featuring top players in the area, the trio puts a fresh spin on classics ranging from tunes out of the great American songbook, to modern radio hits. Kyle Hancock is a guitarist in the Central Pennsylvania area. You can find him performing as a soloist, bandleader, and sideman. In addition to performing, Kyle is also a music teacher. This is a live experience you do not want to miss!
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In the case of inclement weather, this event will be cancelled and tickets will be refunded. If an event is cancelled due to weather, this will be communicated the morning of the event via email.
