AVAILABLE YOGA SESSIONS (BEGINNER-LEVEL YIN YOGA)
All sessions take place on our Hillside Garden at Conestoga House & Gardens. We ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session to ensure a punctual start-time.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTORS
Alax Kemp
Alax got her 200hr YTT in Hawaii in 2012. For the many years in between then and now she has been teaching free-lance style community classes all over Lancaster. You can find her teaching now every Sunday at 9:30am at West Art. Other than Yoga, Alax works full time at Lancaster Distilleries in Zoetropolis Cinema Stillhouse. Life is about balance, right? Outside of yoga and work you might find her at the movies watching the newest A24 film, running or hiking with her dogs Charlie & Penny, or climbing on rocks with her friends. "I feel best when I'm taking care of my body and want to spread the love of movement with the community around me whether that be in Lancaster or wherever I can travel."
