Property Guidelines & Policies

To ensure the greatest experience for all of our guests, we ask that you please abide by the following guidelines and policies. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact our team, and we will be happy to discuss them with you.

We reserve the right to limit capacity, refuse access, and/or revoke access to any group or individual that fails to comply with these rules, is being disruptive to other guests, or displays illegal, unsafe or offensive behavior.  Only service animals are permitted on the property and should remain on a leash or harness at all times while on-site. 

The gardens may be closed due to severe inclement weather. If you have purchased tickets for a day that the gardens have been closed, please contact us for assistance. 

Tickets are non-refundable.

Please refrain from bringing the following items on the property:

• Tobacco products of any kind

• Large coolers

• Weapons of any kind

• Any illegal substance

• Kegs or half kegs

• Tables

• Portable audio systems

• Recreational devices such as scooters, skateboards, and drones

• Generators or propane heaters

• Fireworks or candles

Photography equipment, such as tripods and professional cameras are prohibited, and at the staff’s discretion, may ask for the equipment to be put away
