Originally constructed as a financial institution, the building was designed to convey permanence, trust, and craftsmanship—values reflected in its solid construction, refined detailing, and grand interior spaces.
Throughout its early years, the building served as a cornerstone of downtown Lancaster’s commercial and civic life. Its design emphasized both function and elegance, featuring historic materials and architectural nuances that continue to define the space today.
In its most recent chapter, Trust46 underwent a careful renovation led by the same ownership behind Ecklin Development, with a focus on honoring the building’s historic integrity while adapting it for modern use. Every effort was made to preserve original architectural features—highlighting historic finishes, proportions, and details—while introducing contemporary amenities essential for today’s events.
The result is a venue that seamlessly blends old and new: a historic ballroom reimagined for weddings and gatherings, modern climate control for year-round comfort, luxury restrooms, and thoughtfully designed bridal and groom suites. The renovation was intentionally restrained, allowing the building’s original character to remain front and center while ensuring the space functions effortlessly for events of all sizes.
Today, Trust46 continues its role as a place where people gather—no longer for commerce, but for celebration, connection, and milestone moments. As part of Lancaster’s evolving downtown landscape, the venue reflects a deep respect for history paired with a vision for vibrant, modern use.
Trust46 welcomes a wide range of events, including weddings, private celebrations, and corporate gatherings. Grand Package
The Grand Package is designed for celebrations of remarkable scale. With full access to Trust46’s expansive layout, it offers the opportunity to host a truly unforgettable event where every moment feels elevated, and every detail is experienced to its fullest.

Complimentary 1-hour rehearsal scheduled up to 90 days prior to event date, based on availability
Access to finishing kitchen facilities for approved caterers
*This booking permits 10 total hours on the property - encompassing setup, event, and strike time. All events must end by 11:00PM.

Groom Suite
A Space for Calm and Camaraderie
The Groom Suite at Trust46 in Lancaster, PA provides a comfortable and stylish space for grooms and their wedding party to relax and prepare before the ceremony. This fully furnished groom suite features spacious seating, a private atmosphere, and room for getting dressed and enjoying time with friends before the celebration begins. Located within the historic Trust46 wedding venue in downtown Lancaster, the suite offers convenience, privacy, and a laid-back setting so the groom and groomsmen can get ready while staying close to the day’s festivities.

Trust46
Payment & Rental Terms
Half of the package price is due at the time of booking.
Remaining balance and $1,000 security deposit are required one month prior to the event date.
Additional hours may be booked at $500 per hour.
Important Notes
Rates may change at any time.
Availability may be limited due to property refurbishments or community offerings and may change at the discretion of the Ecklin team.
Rental agreements only include entry to Trust46, restrooms, and finishing kitchen. Utilization of any other locations is strictly prohibited.
Noise levels must remain below 75 dB and music must end by 10 PM.
No smoking is permitted on the property.
